We enjoyed Kids Day events at the 2023 Washington State International Kite Festival with wonderful free kites giveaway for kids, kite races and competitions on the beach, catch the kite game with Robert Loera from Lahaina, and a visit by Miss Washington Vanessa Munson who promoted our book in these photos and read a new book about kites by Nana Ferrell who launched “Kit goes to the Kite Festival ” at the event.
