Year of the Tiger Kite launched at Rockaway Beach Festival September 17, 2022, our first kite festival in Oregon since the 2019 National Convention of the American Kite Association held at Seaside. We met people who had seen our book at the Washington State International Kite Festival and World Kite Museum in August and some new kite kids who were attending their first kite festival too.
